Observation

During the Complaint Inspection and interviews, it was found that children were not being actively supervised while teachers were away engaged in conversation around child's behavior, they were unaware of the child hurting a child nearby and were not actively supervising the child or nearby the child, to prevent or instantly respond to unsafe and harmful acts of the child involved.
